Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Wash, cut, and steam the broccoli until it is cooked through or slightly under, then chop the broccoli finely.

Grate the Parmesan and add to the milk and seasoning salt in a measuring cup. Cook the bacon, then cool and crumble. Shred the cheddar cheese.

Coat a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick spray. Place the chopped broccoli in the pan along with half the shredded cheddar. Crumble the bacon over top, then stir the contents together. Place the pie plate on a baking sheet and onto the oven rack, then pour over the royale mixture. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar.

Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until center is puffed and it is golden brown around the edges. Let cool slightly before devouring.
